Developed formula for different countries within the Latin American market. The main focus was on regulatory compliance / nutritional balancing. Worked in early prototyping through pilot plant trials and shelf life testing.

Developed proprietary processing for continuous improvement (health and wellness initiative and cost savings). A wide selection of key SKUs from several brands were tested at pilot plant and factory scales.
Also developed a brand new product line for the global markets in the EU and the USA. Worked from beginning to end: early prototyping through commercialization and post-launch support / renovation.
